Mission
What I'm building
Safa Global is an ethical investment group. We build companies and back companies, and the ethical part is not a label added at the end. It is the reason the whole thing exists: to build things that make a real difference for people.
Those companies build around two things: the experience of the person using them, and the technology underneath. We aim that work at industries that are expanding, where real needs are opening up. Good product, sound technology, pointed where it can help. The field changes from one company to the next. The standard does not.
The shape of the group is deliberate. I think of it less as a single tower and more as a decentralized network: many companies spread across nations, each one close to the industry and the region it serves. Staying close is what keeps the work grounded and useful where it actually lands. This is a vision more than a finished thing, and we are early, but it is the direction we are building in.
And all of it starts on the inside. The clearer a person is about who they are and what they are here to do, the truer the things they build become. So the real work begins quietly, with connecting to yourself and finding your own sense of purpose. Everything we make is meant to be an honest expression of that. Every company here begins with a real person and a real problem, and it is only finished when someone's day is honestly a little better.

I build integrity into how a company works from the start, because the care you put in early is the care people feel for years afterward.

The quiet details are where care really shows, so they get honest attention even in the parts most people will never see.

Be generous
The work exists to be useful to others, so kindness and service are part of the standard, not a pleasant extra.

Build whole, and for the long game
I would rather build slowly and honestly across many fields than rush, and I try to make the work match the person behind it, so purpose, thinking, and effort pull in one direction until the result is clean and true.
